Note: I haven’t updated this page in a while, but here are some examples of how I track my stats. I find it useful to see my numbers go up, so I track various numbers in a spreadsheet. In order to motivate myself, I reward myself in each category by coloring a day blue if I do ANYTHING at all in that category on that day. This makes it easy to “succeed”. If I get all the way to the daily goal then I get to color the square green. Doing nothing gets a bright yellow.
